- When working for ABC Corporation, I was tasked to write a web program for aggregating RSS feeds on our website. The manager that assigned the task wasn't able to provide me any details on the project or the specification for it. I took the time to research the top commercial solutions to identify the best features of each. I then presented the features to my superiors with my recommendations and comments on each for their consideration. We were able to get what they wanted without adding features we didn't need. - by Staff
- Once I was asked to build a report on the usage numbers of our website. The manager couldn't tell me what they wanted in the report because they didn't know. I found similar reports examples online and I pulled together what I thought were the best features of each. The final delivered report pleased them. They still use that report to this day. - by Staff
